According to information reported by Fanatik, Besiktas has shown genuine interest and first sought access to the latest medical reports from both Naples and the Belgian national team regarding Lukaku's physical condition. Only after analyzing this data did the Turkish club decide to proceed with formal contacts, both with Naples and with the player and his close circle. The 33-year-old forward is open to moving to Istanbul, should an agreement be reached between the clubs.
The main obstacle lies in the transfer fee. Naples aims to secure €10 million from Lukaku's sale, as he enters the final year of his contract.
