Speculation intensifies over Michael Olise’s future as Real Madrid prepare an audacious bid to prise the French international away from Bayern Munich this summer. With 107 appearances, 42 goals and 54 assists in the Bundesliga, Olise has firmly established himself as one of Germany’s most electrifying wingers—making him a prime target for Europe’s elite. At just 24, the former Crystal Palace standout dazzled on the world’s biggest stage, starring for France as they surged to the World Cup semi-finals, further fuelling demand for his signature.
Reports from the Daily Mail and L’Equipe suggest the highly coveted winger is eager to don the famous white of Los Blancos, considering this the ideal juncture in his career to embrace a new challenge in La Liga. Sources indicate that Olise views a move to Madrid as a pivotal step, especially as he approaches his 25th birthday—potentially marking the dawn of a blockbuster new chapter.
Nevertheless, the transfer saga is far from straightforward. Sky Sports has revealed there has been no formal transfer request from Olise to Bayern’s hierarchy, underlining his apparent dedication to the Bundesliga champions as they gear up for another campaign. Despite swirling rumours and mounting pressure from Madrid, Olise remains officially committed to Bayern, with three years still remaining on his contract.
Bayern Munich’s stance is equally uncompromising. According to The Standard, the German giants have declared Olise ‘not for sale’ and are reportedly preparing to offer the French star a fresh contract in the coming months. The club is determined to retain one of its most influential assets, aiming to quash speculation and reassure supporters amid growing interest from Spain.
As the summer transfer window unfolds and conflicting reports continue to emerge, all eyes remain on Olise and Bayern Munich’s next move. The future of one of Europe’s most sought-after wingers hangs in the balance, promising intrigue and high drama as clubs across the continent await further developments.
