Romano posted on X on July 27 that the Moroccan full-back officially decided to switch representatives. However, journalist Aboujad Soufiane reported that despite speculation about the change of agents, Mazraoui intends to continue at Manchester United.

Soufiane confirmed on X on July 27 that “Noussair Mazraoui remains with Manchester United and will not leave the team during the current transfer window, despite having changed representatives.” He added that the defender received several offers from clubs, especially after his standout performance in the last World Cup, but chose to continue his career with the Red Devils. Coach Carrick is said to have emphasized Mazraoui's importance to the team, assuring that he is a key piece in his plans for the upcoming season.
