Bayern warns of Liverpool and City’s interest in Michael Olise.

However, the situation is more complex than it seems,” Falk wrote. With an estimated salary of around 15 million euros per year, Olise is currently not one of the highest-paid players in the squad, trailing behind stars like Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane, who earn about 10 million euros more.

The issue is that the longer Bayern waits to resolve Olise’s contractual situation, the more room they are giving clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City to approach the player and offer more attractive conditions. “It’s a dangerous game; the longer you wait, the more you invite other clubs to contact the player,” Falk warned, emphasizing the urgency for decisive action.

Moreover, Bayern is dealing with other complicated negotiations, including the contracts of Konrad Laimer and Harry Kane, which makes the situation even more intricate. “It’s a complicated situation. And if you sign a player until 2031 and then others say, ‘Hey, I want a longer contract’?” questioned Falk, emphasizing the need for a careful approach.

The pressure is mounting on Bayern to act quickly and avoid a repeat of the Upamecano case, where the club had to rush to secure the central defender’s future.
