Jadon Sancho is watching his transfer options fade away at a crucial stage in his career. The winger, who left Manchester United as a free agent after the end of his contract, is still waiting for a new destination, but Fiorentina has just decided not to proceed with the signing of the player, despite being linked to a three-year offer.

Sancho, who arrived at Old Trafford in 2021 from Borussia Dortmund with high expectations, has not lived up to the anticipated numbers. In 83 appearances for the club, the England international has only scored 12 goals and provided 6 assists. His time at Manchester United has been marked by loans and uncertainties regarding his place in the team, including a brief stint at Aston Villa, where he helped the club win the Europa League. However, Fiorentina opted not to turn the loan into a permanent transfer, reportedly due to other priorities and concerns over the player's recent form, as reported by Alfredo Pedulla.

With Fiorentina out of the running, Sancho now finds himself with few alternatives after his loan spell at Chelsea also did not result in a permanent transfer. Chelsea opted to pay a fee instead of finalizing the player's signing. Since returning to Manchester United, Sancho has not been part of Ruben Amorim's plans and has spent another season away from Old Trafford, further complicating his situation.

Despite rumors of agreements in principle with various clubs in Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East, uncertainty continues to loom over the player's future. At the moment, Sancho is keeping fit training with Flixton FC while awaiting the right opportunity to relaunch his career. As options dwindle, the pressure mounts for the winger to find a new club where he can rebuild and showcase his true potential.
